Emergency Tarping

Storm Hit Your Roof? We'll Tarp It and Stop the Damage.

Tarping isn't a fix — it's a stop-loss. After a storm, getting a tarp on the roof quickly is the difference between a roof claim and a roof + ceiling + drywall + flooring claim.

What Tarping Is

What Tarping Does — And What It Doesn't

A properly installed tarp keeps water out of your home for the next several weeks while your insurance claim, materials, and scheduling come together. It is not a permanent repair, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. The goal is simple: keep more of your house from getting wet.

When to Call

Situations That Need a Tarp First

If your roof opening is letting water inside — or about to — call us. Documentation and tarping in the right order is what protects both your home and your claim.

A tree limb or impact has punctured the roof
A section of shingles or panels has been blown off in a storm
Wind has lifted a large area of underlayment
Active leaking is occurring during continuing weather
Insurance approval, materials, or permits will delay the permanent repair
You're closing on a sale and need to stabilize damage during escrow
The Service

What an Emergency Tarp Job Looks Like

Five things, in this order. None of them skipped.

1

Same- or Next-Day Response

When the call comes in during or right after a storm, we move fast. We'll give you a realistic window — not a promise we can't keep.

2

Properly Anchored Tarps

Heavy-duty tarps secured with furring strips or sandbags as appropriate. Not a blue tarp draped across the roof and held down with hope.

3

Damage Documentation

Before we cover anything, we photograph the damage. Those photos become the foundation of your insurance claim. Documentation matters.

4

Insurance Coordination

We can talk to your adjuster, share our photos, and walk you through what to expect from the claim process. You're not navigating this alone.

5

Permanent Repair Planning

Once the tarp is up, we sit down with you to plan the actual repair or replacement — including timing, materials, and how the claim ties in.

Honest Expectations

After a major storm, every roofer in NWA is fielding emergency calls. We move as fast as we safely can — but we won't put a crew on a roof during an active lightning storm or in unsafe wind. We'll tell you straight when we can be there, and we'll keep you in the loop until we are.

The Process

From Call to Permanent Repair Plan

Fast, documented, and tied into the bigger plan — not a band-aid you'll forget about.

1

Call

Call us as soon as you safely can. Brief description of the damage and your address gets the ball rolling.

2

Assessment & Schedule

We give you a realistic arrival window. If conditions allow, often within 24 hours. We don't promise impossible timelines.

3

Tarping & Documentation

Damage gets photographed, then properly tarped. You get copies of the documentation for your insurance claim.

4

Permanent Repair Planning

Within a few days, we sit down with you to plan the permanent fix — including how it ties into your insurance claim if applicable.
